Roseburg Convention Center - Roseburg, Oregon

The location of the new conference center complex in Roseburg is situated on a 3-block area at the entry to Roseburg's downtown. The area is currently occupied by a variety of old structures that will be razed for the new complex.

The complex includes the conference center building and a number of commercial / office buildings with optional residential components. To the west, a city park and the Umpqua River border the property.
